Sign up to our Loyalty Program at any of our Run Hub stores.
STEP 2
Get earning! Get 1 point per €1 spent at any Run Hub Store. (T&C's apply. See below for details.)
STEP 3
Get rewarded with Loyalty Discounts worth €10 for every 200 points you earn. Discounts can be applied at any store.

How do I sign up for Loyalty?
If you don't currently hold a Loyalty Account in any of our Run Hub stores by simply signing up at any of our Run Hub locations.

What information do you need?
It's super simple to sign up. All we need is your:
- First and Last Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
We will never use your mobile number for marketing purposes, we use this to assign you an Account Number in-store.
How is my data used?
Your personal data will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In signing up to Run Hub Loyalty, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We will never your Mobile Phone Number for marketing purposes.
You can unsubscribe from mails at any time.
How do I get Rewards?
Earn 1 Point for every €1 you spend either instore and online when you use your Loyalty Account.
Watches and Heart monitors accrue 1 Point for every €2 spent and Gift Cards are exempt from accrual.
Once your Account has accrued 200 points, you'll be able to start redeeming Loyalty Discounts in any of our Run Hub stores.
How do I redeem my Loyalty Coupons?
INSTORE 🛒
Once your Loyalty Account has accrued at least 200 points, our staff can redeem any available coupons/discounts against your next purchase in the store. These coupons/discounts will come off the order total.
Our staff can look up your Account at any location to check how many Loyalty Points you have accrued and if there are any Coupons/Discounts available for you.
How many Loyalty Coupons can I use?
For every 200 points you accrue on your Loyalty Account at any Run Hub location, you'll be eligible for a €10 Loyalty Coupon that can be redeemed on your next in-store transaction.
RUN HUB LOYALTY COUPONS
200 points = €10 Coupon
300 points = €15 coupon
400 points = €20 coupon
You must have the points balance accrued before a discount can be applied.
As long as you have the points balance available, you can use all or one of your available coupons. (Max €20 per order)
No minimum order value required to redeem available coupons in store.
Do my points expire?
We have updated our benefits across our Loyalty Program and as of January 2024, Loyalty Points accrued in-stores have no expiry.
Your points will be stored on your Loyalty Account and you can continue to earn more Loyalty Discounts the next time you spend in-store.
